Rob Jones is a lifelong Blacksburg resident and proud Virginia Tech graduate with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Residential Property Management from the Pamplin School of Business. After briefly living in Richmond, he returned home to launch his own Franchise that he ran successfully for 14 years. Upon selling, he joined his father, Joe Jones who owned Raines Real Estate for 40 years—an opportunity that perfectly matched his passion for construction and real estate.

A consistent multimillion-dollar producer, Rob combines deep market knowledge with years of property management experience to guide clients toward smart investments and lasting homes. Rooted in a proud Hokie legacy shared by his grandfather, father, and brother, and now daughter, Rob values the community that shaped him and now enjoys raising his daughters, Ali and Kami, with his wife, Karen, a teacher at Blacksburg Middle School.
